Any false or incorrect information provided by the user may lead to cancellation of service without a refund.

All payments made on our website are for service charges related to form submission and slot booking assistance.
We do not collect any government fees directly.
Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Once a service request is submitted, the payment is non-refundable, except in special cases decided by our team.

4. Service Delivery

After receiving your form and payment, our team will contact you to confirm your details and complete the LL/DL slot booking process.
We always aim to deliver services on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by government websites, server downtime, or incorrect user information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vahan Seva Online acts only as a service facilitator. We are not responsible for any technical issues, government system errors, delays, or rejections from the official RTO portal.

By using our services, you agree that Vahan Seva Online cannot be held liable for any loss, delay, or damage resulting from the use of our platform.
