At Vahan Seva Online, we always try to provide our customers with smooth and reliable services for Driving Licence (DL) and Learner’s Licence (LL) slot booking assistance. However, since our services involve processing and handling user data immediately after payment, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Service Confirmation

Once you fill out the form and make the payment, your service request is automatically registered in our system. Our team starts processing your request soon after confirmation. Therefore, cancellation requests cannot be accepted once processing has started.

2. Refund Policy

  • Payments made for LL/DL slot booking assistance or any other documentation service are non-refundable once the process has begun.
  • Refunds will only be considered in the following special cases:
    • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
    • Payment deducted but the service request not received by us.
    • Service not provided due to technical issues from our side (verified by our support team).

If your case falls under any of the above situations, you can contact our support team for verification and refund assistance.

3. Processing Time for Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account used during the transaction.

4. No Refund for Government Delays

Please note that we are a private service provider and not linked with any government department. We are not responsible for delays, rejection, or cancellation by the official RTO or transport authority. Hence, no refund will be provided in such cases.
